• The website is excellent. It is easy to navigate and to get to the information that is important. Little things like the contact phone number being boldly displayed on each page – something that many companies miss, yet to the customer is often vital. The website also contained additional information that we found very useful – for instance it is easy to find the rules governing who can and can’t drive minibuses (all explained in easy to understand language too!) The service we received reflected this attention to detail and customer service. Paul Sykes found us the van that was good for us and probably saved us a lot of money in the process, as left to it we may well have chosen a much more expensive option that we didn’t need. We also have to comment on the signage service – this was excellent and we are very pleased and proud of the look of the vehicle and the quality of the art work printed on it. • We turned up at the M4 Minibus centre, 2 women not really sure what we wanted except we needed to transport children to and from school for our new business. Jeremy was fantastic, he talked us through our options for size of mini bus and the finance available. He sold us a lovely mini bus (now named 'the Beast') sorted out the finance for us, advised us on insurance as well as getting some really great sign writing done on the front, back and sides of the bus. About a week later we were driving round looking very professional in our smart mini bus.
