I am writing to express my satisfaction for the service you have provided in the purchase and delivery of my BMW M3. Right from the initial phone enquiry with Lee which I made 3rd November, I was given the attention, friendly advice and assistance in choosing the correct car for me and furthermore, everything promised was carried out right up to taking custody of my new car with you. A very slight problem with the audio system on the day I collected the M3 was quickly and efficiently remedied by Grieg, whose attitude I found most complimentary.
Finally, the finance I have taken out in order to fund the purchase was arranged and completed by Paul, in the same efficient professional manner as all my other dealings with you. Doug was fantastic, made us feel at ease immediately and very quickly understood exactly what we were looking for...in fact 10 minutes after we left he'd found the van that we subsequently bought. The aftercare is also great, we were in a hurry to collect the van so all prep wasn't completed but most now resolved when we brought it back in. Thank you for making it so easy!
